Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Robert Half has partnered with a manufacturing company that is currently seeking an Office Manager / Full Charge Bookkeeper to provide support to the growing organization on a full time, permanent basis. This is a critical position to the company as this person is responsible for all the day to day accounting, and office administration. Need to have strong communication and leadership skills! Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll Processing Human Resources 401k Benefit Administration Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of Accounting/HR/Payroll experience Comfortable in a small office environment being the sole person in accounting Manufacturing industry experience is preferred Experience with manual timecards is preferred The ideal candidate should have a prior background in a jack of all trades Office Manager/Full-Charge Bookkeeper. Competitive salary up to $65,000 with flexibility depending on experience along with a great benefit package!
